Liz Premo- Operations Assistant

Even before she was hired by Hampton Parks and Recreation in the spring of 2011, Liz enjoyed a professional relationship with the department for ten years as the community editor of the former Atlantic News. Working together with Dyana and René and other staff members, Liz made it a priority to regularly inform the public about the great selection of programs offered through Hampton Rec. Many of these activities were captured in her articles and photos that were published in both the Atlantic News and 21 Voices/Recreation Guide.

Now that she is a freelance writer associated with the Hampton Union, Liz is still dedicated to letting readers know through various press releases about all the good stuff Hampton Rec. has to offer to the public.

When she's not writing, computing, answering phones, or figuring out how to use RecTrac, Liz enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking part in church activities at Faith Community, and appreciating the arts, particularly concerts and live theatre.

On her bucket list: travel to Australia, spend a week in Washington, D.C., and see as many live theatre productions as possible at Seacoast area venues
